Do we have to purchase a photo once its taken?
No, you are under no obligation to purchase any photographs and they will be destroyed.
Can I still order photographs of my child if the return deadline has passed?
Yes of course, we will still take your order even if it is late, process it swiftly and deliver it to you. A late order
will incur a late fee of 10 euro.
Can I mix and match the packs or make one pack with two or more images or order forms?
No, each order form and image is treated individually and and can only be printed into a pack as shown on the order form.
What information do I need to give you to order photographs?
We will need to know the name of the school and the unique image number which the school/creche can give you or on the order form directly under the image provided.
Is the photo shoot expensive to host in the school?
No, it won’t cost the school anything. The School simply makes an appointment with us and we look after the rest. The school will actually receive a generous commission from us on all the images bought as a thank you from us.
